In July 2026, the European chlorine production reached 641,209 tonnes. With 20,684 tonnes, the July 2026 average daily production was 0.8% lower than in the previous month (June 2026: 20,852 tonnes) and 6.8% lower than in July 2025 (22,205 tonnes).

With 198,552 tonnes, the July 2026 caustic soda stocks were 10.5% lower than in the previous month (June 2026: 221,916 tonnes) but six tonnes above the level of July 2025 (198,546 tonnes).
